Housekeeping and Such…
Based upon feedback we are endeavoring to improve the look and feel of the QWB blog. And this is where all you queers and such come in (or out depending upon your frame of reference)! Please drop us an email at blog@queerswithoutborders.com with any suggestions for improving the interface, usability or whatever strikes your fancy to tell us. And remember, anyone can be a QWB blogger, no security check performed by Homoland Security or any of that crap; just drop an email at blog@queerswithoutborders.com indicating you would like to blog on the site.

Love the brighter layout! Easier to read.
I would like more queer pictures in the heading on the first page. Love the 2nd page with Leslie and Sylvia. There is one heading that pops up that i really like, it has the demo at Storrs, The anti war person, etc. Just my thoughts this early am. Jeri–Is that you behind the non-violent banner? Love it. Though I liked the tan and red this is much easier to read as Kerri says.
Even old dogs like me who just came into the 21st century a year ago can get around this blog. I like how one can go into the archives and with just a click read some of our material. WOW the places we have been in the past years. I finally caught on that the heading changes. What a wonderful display of our people who stand up and out as radical queers. Thank you Jeri for this beautiful update. And who said that you can’t teach old dogs new tricks I am a prime example that one can.

Glad the changes seem to be positive. As kerri notes, it is a lot easier to read, though it was difficult to erase the original QWB blog theme, it had a lot of sentimental value to us. But alas change is all around us!
yeah that is me with patty from voluntown peace trust in NYC when we were doing the global call iraq thing.
btw, one set of pictures contains a very old pic of marsha p and sylvia (two sisters the trans community owes much to, IMHO) followed by leslie feinbergs’ powerful persona at sylvia’s memorial and of course a pic of sylvia “owning” the streets of NYC! these pics are juxtaposed with a great pic of today’s young revolutionaries following a DC demo near the pentagon.
